I first met Chirs Oliphant and Ronna Smithrim in 2001, since then my life has been through many radical transformations. I feel that the woman I am today, the woman who I have finally fell in love with, with all of my love and hate, fear and joy, rigidity and passion amongst many, many other parts, is a direct result of the tools that I have been given through working closely with Chris and Ronna. This journey of life isn’t easy, and it isn’t always easy to accept the socially and personally judged parts of myself however they taught me that these parts of me ARE there and that by accepting these feelings I feel more whole and have a deeper relationship to myself and those around me. I learned that by accepting all qualities in myself I can more easily accept them in others, have healthier boundaries and deeper compassion. My heart is so much more open when there is space for everything, unconditionally. They have taught me to watch my reactions, to look at my role in situations, to be self observant, self tolerant and above all more loving. I cant begin to explain how profoundly Chris and Ronna have touched my heart and enriched my life. All I can humbly say is, “Thank You”. -Jennifer
